Chirag Chotalia leads investments in vertical software, healthcare software, and marketplace companies. He is on the board of directors of AutoLeap and works closely with Threshold’s investments in Avenue 8 and Divvy.

Past investments include BentoBox (acquired by Fiserv), Loftium (acquired by Flyhomes), Casper (IPO), Dollar Shave Club (acquired by Unilever), The Honest Company (IPO), HelloGiggles (acquired by Time, Inc.), PureWow (acquired by Vayner Media), and Retention Science. 

Prior to Threshold, Chirag was based in Los Angeles and helped establish Pritzker Group’s west coast investment practice. Chirag worked at CVC Capital Partners, Europe's largest private equity firm. He started his career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Chirag holds a BA in economics and diaspora studies from Swarthmore College and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
